| HIGGINS LAKE MICHIGAN A beautiful rustic and relaxing cottage with a full panoramic (180 degree) sunset view over the lake. You can't find a better sunset even on the southwest pacific islands. The cottage is bright and airy and is outfitted with wild game mounts including a collector's 7 foot moose and many other wild game and fish mounts. It is "in-the-woods" yet minutes away from food stores, fuel, restaurants and expressway. You'll see eagles, hawks, ospry and many other birds. You're a 5 minute drive away from Higgins Lake South State Park, tennis courts, basketball courts, baseball diamond, kid's swings etc. You can snorkel or scuba dive in crystal clear water with 60-70 ft visibility, fish for trophy lake trout, small mouth bass, perch and other pan fish, ski, swim or do nothing. Boat to the sunken islands, shoals, the State Park (10 minutes) and if you like canoe & fish the Cut River too. |
